Bin Buddies Trial Terms

• This trial includes one complimentary bin service (rollout and return) during your scheduled pickup week.
• Trial is available one time per household and covers standard residential bins (trash, recycle, and green waste).
• You must sign up at least 3 days before your pickup day to be scheduled for service. Late submissions will not be serviced, and you’ll need to resubmit the form for the following week.
• No payment is required for the trial. There is no automatic enrollment after the service.
• Continued service after the trial requires enrolling in a paid plan.
• By signing up, you agree to receive service-related texts or emails. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP.
• Bins must be accessible and not blocked or behind locked gates on service day.
• Bin Buddies reserves the right to cancel or deny service if the property is ineligible or unsafe for access.
